Free Circumcision Camp Community Medical Outreach
In January 2025, Teriaq Medical Center successfully conducted a five-day free circumcision camp aimed at improving community health and access to safe surgical care. The outreach program was designed to serve individuals who face financial and logistical barriers to essential medical services.
The camp provided safe, professionally conducted circumcision procedures to over 100+ patients, including Sudanese refugees, Ugandan nationals, and individuals from other nationalities residing in Uganda. All procedures were performed by qualified medical professionals under strict hygiene and safety standards.
This initiative reflects Teriaq Medical Center commitment to preventive healthcare, community engagement, and inclusive medical services. By reaching vulnerable populations, the camp contributed to improved health outcomes, reduced risk of infection, and strengthened trust between the medical community and the populations it serves.
